Creative Direction with Wherever LLC, for real estate developer, Saturday Properties. We had the opportunity to name, brand and craft a brand vision for property in Madison, Wisconsin. This apartment development is marketing to a young, post-grad crowd, which allowed us to have fun with naming and personality. Maddy took on a life of her own, inspired by the city itself, Maddy is sophisticated, progressive, creative, bright and full of charm. We’re developing Maddy’s site and providing our real estate development partners brand guidelines and marketing data to guide process.
