Creative Direction with Wherever LLC, for real estate developer, Wellington. We had the opportunity to name, brand and provide brand vision for a property in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This apartment development location sits along the original road that divided Minnetonka from Eden Prairie, called the Townline prior to becoming Hwy 62…and dubbed it “Between the city and the surround,” to describe its proximity to Minneapolis, parks and nature trails.
